Situated in the picturesque New Forest National Park and a stone’s throw from the Isle of Wight, the B58 Winery boasts a wonderful microclimate, rich soil and a dedicated and passionate team.

Following decades of successful fruit farming and more specifically of growing strawberries and asparagus in tunnels, Sandy Booth, Owner and Vigneron of the B58 Winery, had a dream to apply the same innovative and sustainable growing techniques he uses for his soft fruit business to grow vines.

The innovative growing approach, paired with a traditional and low intervention winemaking skill set results in the opportunity to grow grape varieties which are not usually successfully grown in the UK, including Gewürztraminer grapes.

With vibrant notes of ripe soft fruits, a hint of citrus zest and a subtle acidity, Beaulieu Rosé has a refreshing, yet smooth finish. Perfectly suited for alfresco dining, an ideal companion for seafood or enjoyed chilled on a warm evening.
