80% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah. Typical red berry, brambly fruit underpinned by subtle oaky nuances, lovely sweet spice, warm star anise with a touch of cinnamon. The flavours are densely packed, layer upon layer of primary red fruit are refined by smooth oaky subtleties bound up in a finely woven structure.
Pablo y Walter Malbec, Valle de Uco 2024, ARGENTINA
A really pure expression of Malbec, deep red almost purple in colour and wonderfully aromatic with lifted violet, red currant and cassis notes. Muy, muy fantasticó – richly bloody, vibrant, Latin and velveteen. Tastes great with a juicy steak, churrasco de chorizo marinated with garlic, parsley and olive oil, grilled vegetables with chimichurri sauce. Or try it chilled - seriously, a cool version of this wine opens up a whole new world!
Le Fou Pays D'Oc Pinot Noir 2021 Languedoc, France
An unique take on Pinot Noir from two growers' plantings in the sun drenched vineyards of the Southern Languedoc. Picked at optimum ripeness, balancing phenolics and acidity then cool vinified to enhance the fresh fruit flavours. No oak was used to keep this wine as pure and sensual as possible.
Fuller than Pinot Noir from Burgundy, it has a warm, rich nose with aromas of stewed cherries. The palate is nicely balanced with an exciting, savoury bitterness provided by ripe, tasty tannins.
Cave de l’Ormarine Duc de Morny, AOP Picpoul de Pinet 2022, Languedoc, France
Gently perfumed, ripe melon fruit and fresh citrus on the nose. The palate is ripe but retains excellent freshness, balanced by a touch of white pepper spice that is very typical of its grape variety. Deliciously long, the finish shows bright fruit and a clean, saline/mineral edge. Perfect with shellfish.

A bright and subtly lemony wine with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and an underlying classic tropicality. The palate is pure and well structured, with a tasty, almost salty finish.

Pale yellow in colour with a nose that presents fruity aromas recalling apricot and papaya with honey and Honeysuckle and Jasmine notes. The refreshing palate shows this is a wine full of character, with good concentration and balance. Due to its soft texture and its complex and concentrated flavours, this wine is ideal for serving with grilled escalopes with a tropical reduction, grilled fish with a cream sauce and some desserts such as papayas with cream.
