Pinot Noir from Les Riceys in the Cote des Bars, the most southerly Champagne vineyard, give the structure and the Chardonnay from the Montagne de Reims expresses the elegance. Rose Sauvage is a round and vibrant non-vintage Rose recalling the rich variety of its blend of 100 crus from across Champagne.  Shiny ruby colour with deep scarlet hints. Aromatics of red berries, blackberries and blackcurrant combine with strawberry. Mandarin orange with traces of saffron lead on the palate with more juicy fruits on the mid palate,spiced and smokey notes leading to a long finish.
